I have 5 pages of text , first I need to list all the words used in that text .
secondly ı need to know the number how many times that word has been used.
for example:

I 3
have 1
page 1
of 1


text 2
first 1
need 2
...
...
...
the 23
my 8
word 33

How do we achieve this ?
