Dear Word Forum Users


I have a question I can't seem to find a solution to anywhere, not sure if it is possible and actually quite easy or if it requires more work.


I'm setting up a template for other people in my company to use. Now when someone copy-pastes some text from another document into it, the original Style is created in the Styles collection, which I want to avoid.


Is there a possibility to block new Styles from being created after having copy pasted something from another document? Something that is within the document setting, not the Word setting of each user?
