How to insert a symbol above a word

Hello, i want to put a triangle symbol above the word "ABC". I found the symbol 25B3 its
the character code but i dont know how to place the symbol above the ABC word. Any help?

You can use an EQ field as illustrated in the screen shot.

In the Font dialog box, change the position to Raised and specify a value that suits your document. I used 10 points in this example, but you may be able to specify a smaller value.

Note that in my example I am using a semi-colon to separate the arguments for the \o switch. If a comma is your list separator in Windows Control Panel, you should use that instead.
