Default Copying styles

Hi all

I have a set of Word styles for level 1, 2, 3 that have multi level list numbering associated.

I have to create a new document that contains numbered clauses for 3 different parties, e.g.

1. clause 1 paty1
1.1 clause 1.1 party1
2. clause 2 party1
1. clause 1 party2
1.1 clause 1.1 party2
1.2 clause 1.2 party2
3. clause 3 party1
3.1 clause 3.1 party1
1. clause 1 party3
1.1 clause 1.1 party3
2. clause 2 party2 and so on

Can I copy the existing set of styles twice and simply rename so I have my 3 styles - if yes, what is the best approach?

I hope this makes sense?

Kenneth
