Exclamation Track changes line black/red?

Good day,

We have just upgraded one of our users computers to Windows 10 with Office 2016 and they have brought to my attention which I'm not sure if it's an issue, or may just be how they had track changes set up before upgrading.

So what is happening is that they open the document fine, track changes are on and there is a red line down the left hand side of the page. But as soon as you go to Print Preview or Print the document off this line changes to black.

Now, I'm sure there is an easy Setting for this somewhere but I've looked around in Word 2016 and around a couple of other forums and can't find what it is, so if someone could help I and our user would be much appreciated!

How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum.

As far as I can tell, this setting is fixed. It displays red and prints black. The option to change the color was there in Word 2010 but is not in Word 2013-2016.

The options are available under the Reviewing Tab, click on the dialog launcher in the bottom corner of the Track Changes group. Then click on Advanced Options.

Here are the options in Word 2010:

If it is sufficiently important, it may be possible to change this setting using a macro. I do not know. Word changed their text layout engine for Word 2013 and this may be a part of that. If that is the case, then the option would truly be gone rather than just hidden.

As far as I can tell, the option is not available through a macro, either, not simply hidden.
