Default Changing colours on headers/footers

Hi,

How can do change the colour of pre-designed headers and footers? Ive seen a pre-designed header and footer that i want to use but i dont like the colour of it.

EDIT: Ive found i can change it slightly using the styles botton found in the ribbon bar but it doesn't allow me to select the exact colour that i want. Is there another way to do it?

Cheers for any help,
Rob
