Thank you for your suggestions. I tried to install the toolkit you mentioned only to realize that it's only for PC. I am on a Mac & have Word 2011 for Mac.
I'll attach a file, etc., as you suggested, but, before I waste your time, am I in the right place for help with Word for Mac? I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong place.
