Question regarding Restrict Editing feature
Hello all,
I'm trying to secure forms from editing and the restrict editing works fine so as long as the information fits in the blanks or table space. But if if the text entered has too many characters where the field in the table needs to expand to fit then I'm not able to adjust the table to make it look right. So is there a way to get this resolved? Something like the characters only would auto-resize to fit in the field without the table being resized? Or some kind of setting where I can restrict editing parts of the form but it would also let me adjust the table format or format of the form. Thanks! |

Usually, people make use of table cells with fixed dimensions to prevent a form from resizing beyond control (which would mess up the layout).
You can try a table cell/row whose height is set to "At least." It would keep a minimum height but grow larger if the entered content required it.
