Default Can you mail merge information into Smartart graphics?

Hello,

Apologies if this thread is in the wrong place.

One of my team has to create a document for distribution to our business that includes product details and images. This document has been completed using smartart graphics to ensure that the layout is clean and consistent, (and we have been asked to keep it in this format) however, the individual product details all have to be input manually and the job takes ages.

Is it possible to either mailmerge this information into the individual fields, or is there another way we can do this?

To help you see what I am struggling with, I have attached a mock up of a completed template, and corresponding source document.

Any help you can give with this, is very gratefully received.

Thanks

J
