I want to create an APA Style references but it has been restrict for me to create it. Can someone help me. I need to make a report for my subject.

To learn more, click the Review tab, and then click Restrict Editing.

Nope. It happen also when i open a new blank document

Which is your default file format? For Word's bibliography features to be fully supported, ensure that you have upgraded your file to the most recent file format (*.docx).
