How can I Get Dragon word ad in to work

I'm trying to get Dragon Professional Individual to work with Word 2016 (office 365)
dgnword.dll does not show in options/add ins,
It was present in Nuance Nat spk 14/ programs
I copied it to users/???/App data/Roaming/Microsoft/Add ins and tried adding it in options/add ins BUT described as not a valid add in
I have reinstalled Dragon but no luck.
any ideas please

Problem solved. It took a reinstall of Office
