Default Date Function in word?

Dear All,
Greetings of the day!!!!!
Is there any function in word 2007 that automatically change tha date?
Suppose i am opening my file on 25/04/2010 then the word file automatically
show the date there as the current date.

Click Insert in the ribbon, then in the Text section click Date & Time. You can choose the format you want. It should change with the date (unless they've changed it from Word 2003).
