Unhappy Please help- Overwritten latest file with much older autosave

Hi guys,

I'm in my final term for my masters and I have 3 days before my deadline for my final piece of coursework.

I was working on my document late last night and saved it before closing it, there was an autosaved version still open from a few days ago.

Thinking there could be some extra information in it, I hit save hoping it would allow me to 'Save as' but it overwrote my latest document.

Is there any hope for me to recover the old file?

I'm using Word 2013 and there's no previous versions of the file
I've also uncovered 3 tmp files but no idea how to use them as word doesn't like the format.

Any help will be greatly appreciated guys,

Rolo
