Help with Hide/Display of sections of document based on Drop Down selections
I have a document that needs to house information for multiple companies. However when i send it to each company individually I need to be able to hide all informatin that does not apply to that particular company. I have attached a smaller version of the document that i would like to do this with. It contains comments about how I want to hide/display each section of the document based on what is selected in the drop down at the top of the document for Company. |

Basic reality is that hidden or not, if it is in the document, it can be viewed by the recipient. You will not have control over that.
Consider using a template with AutoText parts that are inserted in your document based on choices made in a UserForm. Create a Simple Userform Create & Employ a Userform Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word |

Your best approach would be to update the document, then save & send it as a PDF. That way, there'll be no hidden content to worry about.
