Default How to make a fillable word template but not see what is not req'd to be filled in saved as document

I have made a fillable packing slip word template but I do not want to be able to see the fillable requirement text on areas that are not required when saved as a document.
Is there another way of creating a fillable form that does not require all fillable areas to be completed and that the fillable requirement text will not be viewed when not filled in.
