Everything's in UK English Except Narrator (Speech function in US)

Hello. I'm trying to get Word's Speak function to use an English accent. I've turned the document to UK English, and the proofing language, and under Settings/Time & Language/Region & Language it's set to UK as default, but the document only ever reads in an American accent. I've also noticed under Time & Language/Speech that there is only a US option available.
