Thank you Charles for the reassurance. I have been unsuccessful at installing the Word Toolkit due to issues related to macros. However, I will attempt to better clarify my situation.
I created a three section manuscript document in an 8.5" X 11" page format. Sections 2 and 3 were paginated separately. I then copied and pasted the entire document onto a word file that I downloaded from Amazon Kindle in hopes of creating a 6" X 9" paper back book from the document. None of the pagination was visible in the new document.
