Changing the order of endnotes in a word document

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this

I need to change the number and order of some endnotes in my word document.
I need to change endnote number 37 into 4, making 4 number 5, 5 number 6 etc.

Im also wondering how I can insert a new endnote into the document, end give it the correct number and appear at the right place in the endnote list.

Really appreciate if someone can help me
