Default Forms - Combo Box Linking data

Hi,

I have created a form in word with a combo box.

I have set it up listing employee position numbers and want to know if I can add a formula or find a way of linking data so if a certain position number is selected it will automatically show the name of the employee without me having to set up a seperate combo box for the employee name.
e.g. I select position number 0023678 from the combo box and John Smith (employee name) appears to the right of the combo box.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Once you have placed a combo box, you only add a textbox or label next to it.
Then, type-in in the ComboBox_Change() function a line with a formula that having the position number as an argument returns the employee name and assigns the result to a TextBox.Value or Label.Value

Hope this helps.
