What I am trying to do is find an automated way to combine multiple summary form data, into one all-encompassing Word document. Hopefully this example (in it's simplest form) will help. Thank you.
Form Document 1 Question: What team do you support? United Form Document 2 Question: What team do you support? City Form Document 3 Question: What team do you support?
