How to default word in read only mode
Hello,
I'm looking to see if there is a default open to open every document in read only mode. When our customers open documents from the file share we want them all to be read only. Is there a way to put Word into a read only mode? We are using 2013. |

To enforce that, save the documents concerned with read-only protection. Better still, save them as PDFs, which ensures the content will be viewed the same on all platforms and even gives you the ability to prevent them being printed and/or their content being copied.
