Cross-Reference inserts entire figure
Hi,
Writing up my thesis, and having some issues with about 5% of my cross references. i have 2 issues. 1. crossreferencing is inserting the actual picture/figure after the cross reference after a field update (deleting them just causes them to come back without an update field) 2. some cross refs are inserted fine, but then after an update field, they start on a new line it's only probably about 5% of the cross refs doing this. And i can't seem to work out how to stop it, and deleting the images or the extra returns doesnt help as as soon as the computer does an autosave it seem to change it right back again without an update field, which makes it difficult to send this damned brick off to the printers please help me thanks |

Any luck on this problem? It's incredibly annoying and is happening to way more than 5% of my figures. I can't delete the figure from the reference without losing the entire reference. Changing to entire caption or other options does not alleviate the issue. Saving and restarting also does not help.
