Content Control Boxes Print on Completed Form
I created a simple form letter template in Word 2010. When I test it , I:
1. Open a new Word document 2. Select the template 3. Complete the form (uses simple content controls) 4. Print I've tried saving the completed form prior to printing but the content control boxes and titles still print. They also show in Print Preview. Is there a setting that stops the boxes from printing? Thank you |

Doing what you want would required changing the document's content to delete/hide the boxes. If you don't want them to print, you probably shouldn't be using them; you might consider using borderless tables instead, with their gridlines visible. Content Control titles, however, don't normally print, so I'm not sure what you've done on that front.

What happens if you save as a pdf?
