We have a word letter template. The strange thing is when you start typing the first line of text in the first paragraph, the text "disappears" off into the distance and does not return.



You can press return and only the first line of text up to the point where it started to disappear shows.

You then have to highlight the "hidden paragraph" and change to a completely different style and then the whole of the text shows. You can then change it back to "normal" and it stays showing the whole text.

There is no table near this text. It is just literally a letter template. The even stranger thing is all the test of the templates are based on this template and NONE of the other templates have this issue.

Anyone come across this before ??

Without actually seeing the problem document (not just a screenshot), it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach the document to a post with some representative content (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
