Smile Quick Part Galleries

I am using the Quick Parts feature
SO...on a new document I save the phrases/items that will be repeated and all is fine

The problem is what to do on a second document that requires different phrases/items. Is the "Quick Parts Gallery" designed to hold or organize these items?

Thanks for any suggestions

The term "quick parts" is a mish-mash of disparate ways to do things in Word.

Look into AiutoText, which can be stored in document templates.
