Default APA Citations

Hi,

I am trying to use the APA referencing feature in Word 2013. When I populate all the details as per the template the in-text citation is not appearing correctly.

Notice the citation says (Author)(Paper Title)(Year). It should just be (Author),(Year).

If I change the author name to Flynn, J. it works better. But then it creates a new problem, the in-text citation becomes (Flynn, J., 1987). This is not correct either, it should just be the (Flynn, 1987) (no initials or full stop).

If anyone could help out that'd be appreciated. Thanks.
