My pdf is a 516 page book. I'm sending it to a publisher to print. It has to be 6x9. I accessed adobepdf elsewhere as the driver and it had the specifications the publisher was looking for (as per the printing machine - size wise, etc.) Primopdf may still work; I don't know. I'll send the pdf I generated with it as well; and let him decide.
