White space margin appearing in the header when printing to pdf or paper

Hi I have letter header in which the header image is perfectly aligned to the page in Word 2016 (img1) but when I try to print it to pdf or to paper there is a weird spacing in the right side (img2).

I have tried many things like changing the margins, messed with page setups but nothing is working, please help.
