Question Problem with Bold text in the headers

Hi I have several heading styles in my doc, H1, H2 etc.

In my headers I insert the heading (H1) and a page number. However, recently the headings have been appearing in the header as bold and I can't change it back to normal text.

When I select it, it doesnt even show that the bold style has been applied so there doesn't seem to be anyway to remove it.

Please help!!
