Thumbs up Print Marching Ants

Hi All,

We have system that what ever change we make in our document, we highlight the additions in 25% Gray shade. Now we have problem with deletions. How do we identify that some text is deleted fron a particular line. The issue with options thought of are
1. Highlighting spaces in word is not possible.
2. We can give some spaces in word anf give Text Effect to deleted text like "Black Marching Ants" but we cannot print it.

Can some one help me on this please?

Samir.

Are you using Track Changes? It shows the inserting and deletions of words and is available in most versions in Word

Thanks Steve,
But as per our corporate policy we need to mark something at the location of deletion of text. Any today I could crack it. I'm using Borders and shading feature of Word for highlighting deleted texts. I've made a small macro for that.

Sub Macro1()
'
' Macro1 Macro
' Macro recorded 4/23/2010 by sahjos
'
If Len(Selection.Range) = 0 Then
MsgBox "Select text first!", vbCritical, "No Text Selected"
Exit Sub
End If
With Selection.Font
With .Borders(1)
.LineStyle = wdLineStyleSingleWavy
.LineWidth = wdLineWidth075pt
.Color = wdColorPink
End With
End With
End Sub
