I've been using Word2000 for years but suddenly now every time I try to use the "sort" routine in the "table" section it crashes. I think a file somewhere became corrupted but I have uninstalled- and re-installed the program THREE TIMES! This does not fix the problem.

I know that there must be some file(s) that is not being removed and replaced by the uninstall-reinstall process because when I reinstall the program the changes I had made to the tool bar are still there. Since the corrupted file must be one that is not being replaced I would like to know where I can find it and manually removed it so the install program will install a truly new one for a fresh start. I am using Win7.
