Different spacings problem
Hi.
I recently downloaded a template that makes use of various table and in one, which is simply one table with two columns, the spacing in one column is different to the other. Looking in the properties, they are the same. I've changed the properties in both to different settinngs (same in both but different to what the original setting were) and still the same problem, so I can't get lines to match up. It looks like lines of text have a different height to a returned line. Anyway I can make them the same? |

Well, since you downloaded a form that was created by someone else, the table cells in question likely have different styles affixed with the cells. To make them all the same, you need to highlight the complete table and assign a style suitable for your use. To learn more about styles, see:

Without actually seeing the problem table it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with the offending table (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

Formatting issues in tables may originate from the table (style) itself or from text formatting applied via a paragraph style. As Paul suggested, looking at an example file would help.
