Default Cant select shape! Please help!

Hello!

I downloaded this template to write my resume. However, when I print it the blue side bar on the left side is cut off. I noticed that the page size was set to US letters, and I'm printing A4, so I chenged it. Now the side bar is cut short on the bottom. I've been trying for the last hour to select the blue shape in order to stretch it to the bottom of the page, but it seems to be impossible!

I would be so happy if somebody could help me!
Thanks!

It appears that the blue rectangle is in the header. Double-click on the header and you should be able to select the rectangle and drag the bottom down to the end of the page. However, printers can't print right up to the edge of the paper, so expect some white space all around.
