Page break within a table
How do I page break (ctrl+enter) within a table? |

Select the row that should start a new page. Click the dialog launcher button in the Paragraph group on the Home tab. On the Line and Page Breaks tab, select "Page break before."

Note: If you press Ctrl-Enter within a table, not only will that insert the page break but you will also split the table into two separate tables at that row.

As Paul clarified, adding a page break will split the table.
My suggestion means that you can start a new page without splitting the table. That way, any repeated header row in the table will also apply to the part of the table that goes to the following page.
