Never had bother setting the lines as 6pt after until now! By line, paragraph, whole document whichever tool i use it remains as single with no space after.
If i try a second time it states 6pt after is already set, but it just wont amend. Any ideas pls?

You may have the option set to not put space between paragraphs of the same style (often used for lists).

thanks - the option wasn't set so i have now done it. 6 page letter doc - 2 sheets changed and others didn't even dealing with each page separately!

It is time that you spent about 2-3 hours learning styles. You will get that time back within the first week!
