Windows 10 Word doesn't scroll to bottom of page

Open your normal template. How t o Open the Normal Template
Change to Print View.
Type any letter and then use Backspace to erase that letter.
Save and close the normal template.
Make sure any other document is in Print View before you close Word.
That should help.
