TOC includes section break I can't seem to delete
In a Word doc, is there a way to delete the section break that seems to appear automatically within my TOC at the bottom? I'd prefer not to have a new section start after the TOC.
Thanks for any assistance. |

A TOC will not insert a Section Break. Period. We may be at odds over Word jargon. Can you attach a sample document showing this (not a screen print).

If you are referring to a page break rather than section break, see if some paragraph is formatted with "Page break before" formatting.
But I agree with Charles: we need an example document.
