I can't read any word files
hi
I have a google drive folder on a pc that uses windows XP. One day I find out that I can no longer see any word file in this pc but the worst is that I also can't see any of the files that I had in that google drive folder at any pc! I just get "word cannot convert mswrd632.wpc" At windows 10 I get this  but I can 't find the right coding. Last edited by setes; 02-16-2017 at 06:31 AM.

If you start Word first, then can you create and save Word documents?
Have you tried repairing Office from Control Panel?
