Default Words undeletable line randomly generated after launch of document

Hello,
today I opened my study file and I saw this line in the text.

Everything works just fine, until i start writing one line above it.
When I do that, automatic bullets go crazy and literaly destroy formating in the entire document.
It is unclickable, I cannot delete it in any way.
Any help?
thanks
