Contract Template - Employment fill-in and macros
Hello,
I am looking to create a more efficient template for letters of employment offers. Things that are included in it are - addresses - dates - pay rates - title - location After this there are multiple section heads with 2-5 choices of paragraph depending on the situation. For new hires there is a specific paragraph that should be chosen under each heading. I am wondering if I could create a shortcut button instead on manually deleting them every time. Have any suggestions for me? |

For parts that duplicate information that you type in, see Repeating Data Using Document Properties Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls
You could also use a UserForm that collects information and chooses paragraphs. See Create a Simple Userform and Create & Employ a Userform. |
