Matrix allignment

Hi guys!

I need help with adjusting spacing in matrix enetered with Insert equation feature in Word 2016. I want columns in matrix to be aligned equally but i just can't get it =/. I have attached my a screenshot of my matrix and a screendshot of how i want it to be.

Please help!
