What i'm doing:
Writing an essay containing bullet-points and such

Problem:
The bullet-points subsequently get spaces between them when i never wanted them nor did anything "differently" than before yet i still get them

The blue brackets indicate how before this was working finely, i have been writing quite a few pages of text and time to time this comes to a problem.

The red bracket indicates the space(Theproblem) which after countless ways of trying and searching ((deleting, re-entering text, re-entering text above, opening word and entering the text there then copying it back to the primary word document[worked at first but now it doesn't])) nothing works, and thanks to the incompetent Microsofts help system, i have yet to find a solution.

What i want:
To understand why this is happening
How to fix this
How to prevent this
