Exclamation MS Office 2016 - Win 7 64-bit Error

Hello everyone, I have been struggling lately using the MS Office 2016 on Windows 7 64-bit an original copy. However, all office utilities are working fine with me except the MS office as it shutdowns on it's own with out noticing slow down processing or anything. It shows the (not responding) message and shuts down and sometimes it works back again after freezing for 12 seconds. Furthermore, I tried many time to re-install the office 2016 but it's still the same error shows up.

Is there any recommendations for how to fix that error because I lost many important documents before, as I am writer.

Kind regards,
- Gustavo Woltmann
