Default Merging certain Tracked Changes and Comments

Hi all,

my first post here and hoping for your guys to enlighten me!

My situation is the following:

1) I received a Word file from another organisation, it contains tracked changes and comments from different authors.

2) I disseminated said document in my organisation, and several people edited that document in tracked changes mode.

3) I would like to make the comments from the colleagues from MY organisation to not show every different author, but merge our tracked changes to one single author (e.g., "MyOrg"). The changes from authors of the other organisation should not be changed.

Can this be done automatically and if so, how?

Thanks in advance!
