As I scroll through a document I am writing in Word 2010 in Win 10 suddenly at the end of a page the next page jumps back to the one just scrolled through. This has occurred before and the issue seems to be a hidden control symbol. This has happened before and I have been able to "do something" to fix the issue, but not this time.

As with other glitches or bugs, I am tired of these glitches with no way to actually describe them in a short sentence that makes sense. Does the above bug or glitch have a name?
