Converting Word to PDF, page count increases by 11 due to format change

Hi All,



I have a 188 pages long word document (Word 2016). Once I save as PDF (or print as pdf, or export as pdf) the pdf results in 199 pages.

This happens because the text breaks to a new page about 2 rows before it should.

File settings:

A5

Top Margin: 1,88cm
Bottom Margin: 2,5cm
Inside Margin: 2cm
Outside Margin: 1,6cm

Any ideas?
