Default How to copy and paste text from inside an (html) form in word

I am trying to copy & paste text from inside an html/macro form that is embedded in word.

I can copy the text, but it pastes the whole form. I just want to paste the texts (contents of the form).

I copied the original form from a website, pasted it into word, filled out the form. Now I would like to paste JUST THE TEXT into the original web form (or another word doc) but it won't let me do either.

I looked all over the internet for a solution but can't find one that works.

Any SIMPLE suggestions to do this?
