is there anyway to copy multiple pdf pages to fit onto one page of a word document? i am trying to copy some full page class notes and shrink them down to fit onto one page to use on a test that we are allowed to use notes on. would like to get like 10 or so pages of pdf notes onto one word page

The only way you can do this topdogg, is if you use your copy and paste tool from Acrobat into Word. You will have to individually copy each sentance (question) from the PDF document and paste it into Word, then format it, i.e size etc to ensure it fits onto one page.

If you cannot copy and paste, you need to run an OCR which is available under Document and then OCR text recognition, once complete you should the be able to highlight the text using tools, advanced editing and touch up text tool, use this to highlight the text and then copy, paste into your doc.

If however the notes have been scanned in or are yuor hand written notes then you cannot extract the words, it would be impossible, what you can do is save each page as a JPG and insert these into word, use your shrink tool to reduce down in size and this should allow you to fit onto a page.

Hope this helps

Doom.

If your PDF document has actual text, not outlines or raster images of text, you should be able to press CTRL + A to select all text at once. Press CTRL + C to copy it all at once. Go to your Word file and press CTRL + V to paste it all at once. Then use your font options to create the smallest font you can read. Consider Arial Narrow at 5,6, or 7 pt. The quality of your printer will make a difference here. Laser printers with a high dpi make perfectly legible text at 5 pt (for young eyes).

Did your professor define the size of one page? Consider using 8.5" x 14" paper.
