Default How to extract selected boilerplate into a new doc

I would like to create a master document of boilerplate paragraphs, which can be regarded as a read-only document. I would like the user to go through the master document and check off somehow the paragraphs he/she is interested in, and then "press a button" and all the selected sections are extracted and moved into a new document. Using a checkbox form field seems like a start, but I don't know how to 1) associate the checkbox with a delimited block of text; and 2) extract those blocks of text to the new doc. Any ideas or pointers would be much appreciated.
