Reference books options in Word 2010 do not include Encarta Dictionary or others

Trying to get words defined in MS Word 2010 does not function, nor show under the "Reference Books" tab the dictionary options for Encarta Dictionary, or Diccionario... Española, etc. Going to "Add Services", lists no advertised service, and requires an address field be filled. Having tried urls for Encarta as a web address, I only come up with "no services added...service provider did not provide...". And clicking "Update..." only yields references for cross-translations. In short, can't get the dictionary working for Word 2010. (Only get thesauruses...)


What to do???
